HANK DYEING...
This machine is used for dyeing most type of hank especially 100% Acrylic high bulk, 100% wool, worsted, woolen yarns and acrylic, Fine wool yarn like cashmere, angora and blends, and blended with other fiber. Machine operates at 0.4 bars & 100 C°.
With iar of a pump the liquid is circulated during the dyeing. A compressed air pad in the zone above the dyeing liquor optains static pressure. The air-pressurized zone acts as expansion chamber for the increase of liquor volume during temperature rice or addition of dyes and chemicals an occupies approx. 25% of central volume. Liquid flows from top to down and verse. Uses of pressurized air save in water and energy consumption. L/R set desirable and washing with rinsing is done in this machine.
Special pump with stainless steel construction is used for this machine. Pressure and flow is controlled by bypass valve and prevent turbulence and interlacing of yarn. Level dyeing will improve by use of two direction pump.
Control Panel : The complete dyeing operation is automatic and can be equipped with PLC or PC for fully automatic. Temperature, dyeing time, direction of fluid, pressure and other parameter controls and operation of all valves are fully automatic.
